A considerable amount of expenses are incurred of publication of journal. This journal follows open access policy. Full text articles are freely available online to all users. To cover up the expenses, authors are charged. Annals of Medical Physiology do not levy any charges at submission stage. Publication Processing Fee (PPF) is charged after acceptance of manuscripts. Charges for foreign authors is $75/- and Rs.4000/- for Indian authors.

Annual subscription is available for collated print copies of journal.

Institutional subscription:- Indian: Rs.8000/- ; Foreign: $200
